Booking Conditions:
1. A deposit of 50% is required with the balance due and payable not less than 4 weeks prior to your stay. Bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to your stay require full payment.
2. Payment can be made by credit card, bank cheque or personal cheque by arrangement. We accept Mastercard and Visa.
3. The number of occupants must not exceed the number of guests shown on your Booking Confirmation.
4. For extra day visitors, a venue fee may be charged
5. Subject to availability, we are happy to transfer your deposit to new dates if 4 weeks notice is given and in the case of Public Holiday Weekends, Easter, Christmas and New Year, if 8 weeks notice is given.
6. Please note payment is not refundable, only transferable with the appropriate notice.
